Orders

No. Unfortunately, we are unable to make price adjustments once orders have already been placed.

After successful order placement a confirmation email will be sent. If not received check your spam folder. After your order has been shipped a shipping confirmation email will be sent, typically within 3 business days. Custom orders may take longer to make and ship.

If you have provided an incorrect address, please email us at support@giftliste.com ASAP. If your order has not already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. We cannot guarantee that your address will be changed to the correct address in time.We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

If you realize these types of errors on your final order, please email support@giftliste.com ASAP. If your order hasn't been shipped, we will do our best to make the switch. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be corrected in time.We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Please review your shipping confirmation email. Orders with multiple items may ship separately. Tracking for each package will be emailed once each package has shipped.

If any products received are damaged,incomplete or incorrect, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to support@giftliste.com form within TWO DAYS after delivery date.

 Under normal circumstances,Standard international shipping takes approximately 7-20 calendar days for international deliveries.(During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer). Orders ship worldwide. Delivery times may very depending on country and production time.Although our delivery carrier has quoted us these expected delivery times, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.Please see individual product descriptions for estimated delivery time.

Yes, all order include tracking. Some shipping providers will have a 5 – 10 day delay in updating tracking. This is more common for international orders.You can enter our official website, click "TRACK ORDER" in the upper right corner, and enter the tracking number to check the delivery information.

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse,depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a backorder, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages m to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.We are responsible for packages lost in transit, but not for packages lost after showing a successful receipt.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We only refund items if they are deemed defective or have a partial loss due to an error on our behalf.If the product has no quality problems, we do not return or exchange. Items that are not deemed defective are:

1.Minor iperfections such as slight scratches/natural minor blemishes/surface irregularities

2.Products that have been used/worn or are not in their original state upon delivery

3.Sale items or gift cards

Your discount code can be entered into the designated spot in the shopping cart during checkout. Once the code is entered, you will see the discount from our discount code automatically applied to the total.A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order

No, different discounts cannot be stacked at the same time, only one more favorable discount strategy can be selected.

The prices displayed on our website are in US dollars including tax, which means that Import taxes and duties are included in the product price and there are no additional charges upon delivery. However, due to the different tax systems of each country, some countries may charge additional customs fees, which are determined by your local customs office. If the local customs needs to charge additional fees, it will be borne by you, not by us (actually Most countries in the world do not need to pay additional fees).
